Celebrate Ben Franklin’s birthday with a panel discussion followed by a talk by 2023 honoree Dr. Sylvia Earle. 2023 Franklin Celebration Honoree Dr. Sylvia Earle, Explorer in Residence at National Geographic and Founder of Mission Blue and Deep Ocean Exploration and Research, will give a talk on “Caring for the Ocean as if your Life Depends in it Because it Does.” Following the morning discussion, there will be a procession to Franklin’s grave at Christ Church Burial Ground.
