Following the 11 a.m. service on Sunday, December 16, Christ Church and Christ Church Preservation Trust will jointly recognize The Color Guard of the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution for contributing $600,000 to the 1754 steeple restoration campaign. The announcement is scheduled for 12:15.

At 2 p.m., First City Troop -- the oldest mounted military unit in America -- will hold its annual Christmas service here at Christ Church.
