Worship at Christ Church
Join us every Sunday at 10 AM.
or every Wednesday at 12 PM.
All are welcome
The Christ Church tradition welcomes all people, from all walks of life, wherever they are on their journey of faith.
Each week, we mean it when we say, “Whoever you are, and wherever you find yourself on the journey of faith, you belong at Christ Church as you are, to receive the riches of God’s blessings, so freely given.”
At nearly 330 years old, Christ Church still needs pilgrims and seekers to help us discern our way. We invite you to visit our inclusive community so that together, we can listen for God’s voice. Standing steadfast in service to Philadelphia, proud of our traditions of worship from the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, we seek the interpretations of Holy Scripture that will expand our trust in the magnitude of God’s grace.
Special upcoming offerings are below. And as always, see our regular listings for Shelter Meals, Sandwiches for the Homeless, Activism/Spirituality Group, and the Sages.
Journeys for Newcomers and Longtimers
This next Journeys class will take the exciting step of combining newcomers and longer-time members in talk about faith and life pathways, vocation and call, Anglicanism and the Episcopal history, and our next steps now.
Meeting over the course of three Sundays, members, newcomers, and clergy will journey together.
Being part of Christ Church
Christ Church is blessed to have members of all walks of life. Whether you are seeking a Sunday School for your child, a holy venue for your wedding, or simply a place to explore the questions of faith, Christ Church invites you to explore the lively possibilities within our historic walls.
Browse our volunteer opportunities or check our worship schedule for ways to personally open up to the Christ Church community and become involved. We welcome you!
We are part of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania. Our bishop, the Rt. Rev. Daniel Gutierrez, welcomes you, too.
