Steeple & Skyline Tour
Enjoy our new tour with a close-up look at one of the nation’s most iconic and original 18th century steeples.
Did you know that Christ Church was America’s tallest building
for over five decades?
To this day the Christ Church steeple is an eye-catching landmark in Philadelphia’s Old City neighborhood. Now we offer you to explore an exterior view of Christ Church’s steeple and the surrounding neighborhood on a guided visit with one of our Educators. While on the roof of our Neighborhood House, you’ll hear about our colonial steeple from its construction to present day.
Walk up 110 stairs to the top of Christ Church Neighborhood House, directly west of the Church, for the best exterior views of the steeple and Old City Philadelphia!
