Stewardship at Christ Church Philadelphia
T3@CC – Time, Talent & Treasure
Christ Church has practiced shared stewardship for 330 years.
Your pledge of time, talent, and treasure keeps worship vibrant, programs thriving, and our historic home cared for. This fall we’re joyfully renewing our commitment together.
If you pledged last year, please consider a faithful increase.
If you’re new, we are so glad that you are here. We can’t wait for you to become a part of our community. We would be grateful if you would consider pledging as every pledge matters.

Spooky Stewardship
The Ingathering
On Sunday, October 26, join Christ Church for the annual Ingathering. Our theme will be Spooky Stewardship and children are invited to wear costumes. During service, all are invited to return 2026 pledge cards. Immediately after church, join us for a Spooky Stewardship celebration including lite bites.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What is T3 @ CC?
Our fall stewardship call to offer Time, Talent, and Treasure for Christ Church’s ministry and care.
When to return pledge cards?
Spooky Stewardship Sunday, October 26 (costumes welcome!).
What are 2026 goals?
- Restore a full-time Associate Rector – A full time associate rector will commit time to children and youth to develop more classes for Sunday morning as well as youth involvement beyond Sunday morning. A full time associate will also work with our new member’s ministry as well as help with pastoral care and preaching.
- Fund urgent building needs – Winter-readiness (think boilers!), safety, and hospitality for all who enter.
- Seed our capital fund for long-term stability – Grow a stable foundation for the next century of ministry and preservation.
What is stewardship at Christ Church?
Stewardship is how we respond to our community at Christ Church with contributions of our God given gifts to sustain ministry, care for our historic campus, and serve our neighbors.
Why pledge instead of only giving as I go?
Pledges help us plan staffing and ministry with confidence. They’re estimates—adjust anytime if circumstances change.
Is my pledge tax-deductible?
Gifts to Christ Church are generally tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
How do I decide an amount?
Many members give proportionally (a % of income) and increase gradually each year. Every pledge matters.
What if I’m not ready to pledge?
You can start with a modest pledge now and revise later—or give a one-time gift today.
How do I make a planned gift?
Join us Nov 16 as we discuss legacy giving at the Sages meeting after church, or email Cecilia to begin a conversation. All are welcome.
How can I pledge or contribute?
- Online (fastest and most convenient) – Use the digital pledge card to share your intentions for 2026. (insert digital pledge card link)
- In Person – Return your card at Spooky Stewardship Sunday, October 26.

Ambassadors Corner
Who are the ambassadors? They are fellow members who share relevant messages about what is happening in the pews, parish hall, and in small groups.
This season’s focus is to be present, share your story, and invite support, in whatever capacity.
